Yorkshire Dental Suite is expanding its marketing team, and were on the lookout for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme.This is a high-impact role where youll lead the charge in developing affiliate partnerships that grow our brand reach and patient acquisition efforts. With at least 3 years of experience in a B2C setting such as ecommerce, beauty, or fashion. Youll bring deep expertise in platforms like Awin and a strong commercial mindset to help us scale. What You'll Be Doing:Develop and execute Yorkshire Dental Suites affiliate strategy from the ground up.Manage relationships with publishers and influencers via Awin and other platforms.Negotiate placements, commissions, and collaborations that maximise ROI.Analyse market data and performance metrics to spot trends and drive growth.Regularly report on key KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and deliver actionable insights.Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.Stay updated on affiliate trends, regulations, and platform developments.Lay the foundation for a growing affiliate team as the channel scales. What Were Looking For:3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment.Hands-on experience with Awin or similar platforms.Proven ability to build and optimise profitable affiliate partnerships.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Analytical mindset, confident using data to guide strategy.Self-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy.A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred (Russell Group university ideal).
