We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and people-centric Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function for our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) division - which encompasses NHS 111 contact centres, GP-led out-of-hours services, and GP practices.This role can be based at our Head Office in Theale, Reading or remote with some national travel.What you'll be doingWhy This Role MattersAs the HR lead for a complex, high-volume healthcare service, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing our employee experience.
