On a day-to-day basis, you will support the business in fulfilling its duties related to Consumer Duty. Duties will include:Involvement in the production of papers for Board and CommitteesEnsuring compliance with Consumer Duty outcomes: products and services price and value, consumer understanding, FCA cross cutting rules and consumer support Liaising with stakeholders to gather required informationDeveloping positive relationships with outsourced partnersWorking with the business to define their approach to vulnerable customersWorking on product governance mattersFor this role, you will need experience of working in an insurance business and a working knowledge of Consumer Duty.
