You will take the lead on managing sites and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered cost-efficiently and on time, all while upholding the highest health and safety standards and fostering strong client relationships.Our client isn't just another company; they're a unique and niche powerhouse, revolutionizing a specific segment of the T&D sector. Join them and be part of a team that's not just growing, but shaping the future of the power grid with their specialized expertise!Responsibilities:Responsibility for managing sites and contractors in line with client contractsManaging successful day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure a good working environment and to be able to communicate clearly and offer expertise when advising on-site.Successful delivery of client contracts, ensuring cost efficiency in delivery, through the effective management of labor, plant, and materials, and on-time delivery of reports/projects.Ensuring on-site adherence to health and safety standards, ensuring toolbox talks are delivered and all H&S paperwork is completed weekly, RAMs are up to date, communicated and signed, and ensuring full compliance in all on-site audits.Leading gangs on site through clear daily communication, giving clear direction, and listening to the ideas and feedback from the team.Ideal Profile:You've led both subcontractors and your teams on utility projects.Experienced in OHL, Pylon upgrades, and maintenance projects.Experience leading and managing teamsSkilled at working with clientsHave excellent communication, people, organisational, and planning skillsBenefitsOvertime for weekend (time & a half on Saturday / Double time on Sundays)Allowance per Diem on-siteAirbnb accommodation providedPick-up truck + fuel cardFlights and airport parking coveredThis is an exciting new opportunity to get involved in power infrastructure projects that help to power the UK.
