They are on the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager whom will be mainly focused on one of their largest framework schemes at Stansted Airport. As a contractor they typically work on Cut and Carve, Fit out and D&B projects in the Commercial and Aviation sectors with values up to 10m. Senior Project Manager responsibilities and duties: You will be responsibility for development and delivery of agreed project specification, programme and budgetWork in conjunction with the Construction Manager / Site ManagerMonitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standardsResponsibility for all pricing, programming and contract negotiationsResponsibility for Design ManagementNegotiation of sub-contract terms and conditions, ensuring all terms are back-to-back with the main contractManage project budget, control margin delivery, and submit monthly valuations in conjunction with the commercial teamManagement, control and mitigation of all risk, both contractual and construction relatedControl costs and pro-actively manage project profitabilityMaintain accurate and timely project documentation at all timesLead and manage a highly organised, well-motivated and disciplined project teamManage and lead relationship with client and client project team to ensure all design information is provided in a timely and efficient mannerUltimate responsibility for all site Health & SafetyEnsure all personnel on site are operating as a fully co-operative, focused team with oneAssist Directors with business development and securing new project opportunitiesRequirements for the Senior Project Manager:Stable career background Degree qualified in Construction Management or Civil EngineeringExperienced in setting up and running similar cut and carve refurbishment projects Experience assisting and preparing of Design ManagementSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 A strong communicatorAble to interact with clients in a positive manner Be a key team playerIf you are interested in the Senior Project Manager opportunity, please get in touch.
