Youll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that human capabilities and limitations are considered throughout the engineering lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support Human Factors Integration (HFI) across project phasesContribute to task analysis, workload assessments, and usability reviewsEnsure compliance with defence standards and safety requirementsWork closely with engineering and safety teams to influence system designRequirements:Background in Human Factors, Ergonomics, or similarExperience in defence, nuclear, or other safety-critical environmentsFamiliarity with relevant standards (e.g. Def Stan 00-250)Strong stakeholder communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major UK defence programme with a long-term contracting outlook.
