This is an ideal opportunity for someone with around 2 years experience in a similar role, or a recent graduate in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.As part of our dynamic support team, youll work across four key areas: Customer SupportRespond to first-line application queries and issuesRecord and manage tickets via our helpdesk systemReproduce customer-reported issues in test environmentsLiaise with the development team when escalation is neededTrack issues to resolution and ensure SLAs are metEscalate any service risks to your manager Application SupportCollaborate with the Product Manager to assess and scope new feature requestsAssist developers by providing detailed specificationsParticipate in testing during release cyclesProvide feedback on UI/UX improvements Project Management SupportHelp update stakeholders on project progress and application qualityAssist with customer transition meetings as they move from implementation to Business as Usual (BAU) Training & ImplementationSet up and configure UAT and live environments for new clientsDeliver user training sessions and help update documentationShare insights on how clients can get the most from our platform and support servicesAbout YouTo succeed in this role, youll need to be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and keen to learn.
