This is a brand-new position that will see you take ownership of a high-impact portfolio consisting of 20 live projects and an additional 20+ upcoming initiatives.These projects span technology and operational domains, with a heavier emphasis on technology. Example initiatives include:ERP system upgrades and enhancementsGlobal office and warehouse expansionsBusiness process improvementsImplementation of global technology platformsThis role will also be responsible for introducing and refining project management frameworks, creating governance structures, and working closely with globally dispersed internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle across a mixed portfolio of tech and ops projectsEstablish and continuously improve project frameworks, methodologies, and governance structuresDefine project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plansBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams globallyReport on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business goals and project executionChampion a maturing project environment, embedding best practices and scalable approachesAbout YouYoull be a confident and adaptable Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Youll bring a strong foundation in project management, paired with excellent stakeholder management and planning skills. You should be comfortable being the sole PM and a go-to person for project delivery across the business.Experience & Skills:Proven experience managing a portfolio of diverse projects, ideally across both technology and operationsStrong planning, scheduling, and resource management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and proactively in a high-growth or maturing project environmentComfortable working across time zones and with global teams and suppliersExperience delivering ERP or other enterprise technology projects is highly desirableKnowledge of project governance and framework implementationExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in retail, consumer goods, or logistics sectors is a bonus
