This is pro-rata in the first part year, following probation.Life Assurance2x annual salaryFree onsite parkingIncredible core company valuesJob Role:Collaborating with the Group Project Manager to meticulously plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely deliveryMonitoring project progress and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations to keep projects on track and within budgetPreparing thorough project documentation, including comprehensive scope documents, compelling business cases, detailed project plans, insightful status reports, and accurate meeting minutesFacilitating seamless communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to foster alignment and drive project successTracking project expenses and resources meticulously, maintaining accurate records and producing insightful reports to inform decision-makingChampion effective risk management and issue resolution strategies, promptly escalating and resolving any challenges to minimise project disruptions and maintain momentumContributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices by actively supporting the implementation of best practices and process enhancements.Project Manager can demonstrate versatile skills to effectively manage multiple projects across diverse boundariesSkills and experience:Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Project Management roleStrong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skillsPRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualificationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to independently manage tasks and small project phasesExperience creating detailed project documentationQuick learner who can learn new technologiesExperience in ERP or WMS platformsPrior experience working in multi-site or cross-functional project teams.Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
