We partner with technology vendors including HP, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft and VMWare to deliver market leading technology solutions which enable organisations to increase their business efficiency, improve customer service and reduce business costs.What's the job?We are seeking an experienced and driven Professional Services Manager to lead and grow our Professional Services team in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This role is directly responsible for overseeing solution architects, delivery engineers, and technical consultants working across networks, end-points, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and service architecture.You will ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and solutions to our clients with a relentless focus on service excellence, billable performance, and operational effectiveness. As a senior leader in the business, you will also play a critical role in scaling delivery capabilities, refining delivery methodologies, and supporting strategic growth.This role is offered on a permanent, full time basis based in our Hitchin offices.
