Working closely with NPD Managers, technical teams, and production, youll help deliver exciting, high-quality food products for some of the UKs best-known retailers from premium brands to major discounters.Youll be involved in:Supporting NPD projects across a wide product rangeCoordinating and reporting on factory trialsContributing to product improvements and solving development issuesAssisting with technical readiness and production handoverManaging documentation and quality checks during developmentCollaborating with cross-functional teams including production, technical, food safety, and commercialThe ideal candidate will have:Experience in food product development ideally 1218 months, including placements or internshipsA relevant degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related fieldA strong interest in innovation, problem-solving, and fast-paced environmentsGood communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionallyFlexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindsetBasic knowledge of HACCP or food safety standards is a plusInterested?
