As part of our expanding Project Control function, were looking for driven and detail-oriented Project Planners to join our team. Whether youre early in your project planning journey or a seasoned expert, we have roles that match various levels of experience.Youll join a collaborative environment where your development is supported, and your voice is valued.Your Role Will Involve:Project Health Reviews: Validate project assessments, highlight risks, and ensure issues are escalated appropriatelySchedule Assessment: Review and refine project-level schedules to ensure they meet planning principlesIntegrated Baseline Management: Develop and maintain integrated baselines that align with delivery milestonesCost Forecasting: Validate cost-to-go forecasts and evaluate outliers to support Estimate at Completion (EAC)Risk Management: Lead Schedule Risk Analysis across projectsNew Business Support: Contribute to bids by embedding sound project management practices from the outsetWhat Youll Bring:Hands-on experience in project planning, from detailed scheduling to milestone trackingUnderstanding of WBS/CBS/OBS structuresConfidence working with project data: cost, schedule, and resource metricsAbility to carry out SRA, Critical Path Analysis, and EVMA problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause and corrective actionFamiliarity with tools such as Primavera, SAP, ARM, or Oracle UnifierExperience in baseline management and change controlStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachA sense of accountability and ownership of reporting qualityThe ability to manage multiple demands and work under pressureDesirable but Not Essential:Experience with Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Forecast Cost reviewsWhat-If analysis and Risk & Opportunity trackingKnowledge of resource-loaded schedulingAbout Us:We work on projects that matter.
