A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage international distributor and key retail accounts with full revenue and margin accountabilityCollaborate with the Head of Sales to identify, evaluate, and onboard new global distribution partners and retail accounts with a focus on the motorcycle sectorConduct regular performance analysis and business reviews of existing accounts to identify growth opportunitiesSupport sell-through initiatives by providing in-region sales support, including retailer visits, product training, and merchandisingAct as a key liaison for market and customer feedback, working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align strategies and drive brand performancePartner with the Operations team to ensure clear communication and efficient order fulfilment processesRepresent Hiplok at international trade shows and consumer events, supporting brand visibility and engagementWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in international sales and account management, preferably in the motorcycling or cycling industryStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building successful business relationshipsCommercially astute with the ability to manage revenue targets and identify new business opportunitiesWillingness to travel internationally (at least one week per month) for retailer visits, customer meetings, events, and trade showsSelf-starter with excellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively with international trading partners across all levels of seniorityAdditional language skills are an advantage, but not essential
