A rare opportunity for an step up wound care candidate or medical sales profile wanting a Key Account Management role as well as the opportunity for a more experienced medical or pharmaceutical sales professional to manage and grow their business within the South of England region. THE ROLE: The successful KAM will ideally come from a medical or healthcare background with a good understanding of selling to community nurses, TVNs, podiatry, Pharmacists and Leg Ulcer teams. The role involves selling premium quality woundcare products based upon clinical features and benefits. Working with a wider team to open business opportunities and influence formularies within the South of England region. You will be well trained on products but someone with an understanding of the Formulary process and working through a network of clinical and procurement contacts as well as an understanding of clinical education and training delivery will be ideal. Healthy formulary and NICE guidance status on patch means there is lots of sales potential. Typical customer contact will be with Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses and Community Pharmacists and Medicines Management teams.
