Veterinary Surgeon – Up to £65,000 DOE | 4-Day Week | Supportive Team | Wellness Benefits We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and experienced team. The Role: Schedule: 4 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm (10-hour shifts) Saturdays: Occasional Saturday morning phone triage (emergencies only – further details discussed at interview) Out of Hours: No out-of-hours required – for a better work-life balance!What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be responsible for the full range of first-opinion veterinary duties, including: Routine consultations and diagnostics Soft tissue surgery and dentistry Preventative healthcare and client education Working closely with a skilled nursing team Maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring excellent patient and client careAbout You: RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon Comfortable with a mix of medical and surgical cases Strong communication and team collaboration skills Enthusiastic, caring, and ready to contribute to a supportive practice cultureSalary & Benefits: Salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience Cycle to Work scheme Private medical healthcare after probation Wellness Day – an additional paid day off Leisure Voucher – a contribution towards your wellbeing or leisure activity of choiceJoin a team that truly values your work and wellbeing.
