Were a specialist recruitment consultancy focused solely on the mining industry, and our team is growing.As a Recruitment Administrator, youll be at the centre of our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) operations. Youll help our recruitment and business development teams stay productive and aligned. Youll support every part of the process and if you're organised, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, this role could be for you.What youll doEnsure data accuracy, systems compliance, and provide a high-level of administrative support across your teams .Format documents, write job ads, executive summaries, and client proposalsResearch markets and generate leads for our business development teamSupport onboarding and internal trainingOrganise events, engagement activities, and wellness initiativesOversee remote office operations and support travel and IT coordinationContribute to process improvements and keep us aligned with best practicesThis is a full-time contract based remotely, within the EMEA region.
