From design to implementation, their integrated teams ensure exceptional quality across mechanical and electrical projects.Roles/ResponsibilitiesManage mechanical design projects ranging from 100,000 to 10 million.Lead full-cycle design efforts from initial brief to final documentation.Collaborate with Contract Management, Estimating, and CAD/BIM teams.Design systems including domestic services, HVAC, ventilation, public health, and comfort cooling.Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly HTM standards.Conduct site surveys, meet with clients and consultants, and present technical designs.Support project delivery through strong documentation and team coordination.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical Design (Building Services).HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services Engineering.Proficient in building services design software.Knowledge of CAD/BIM, Revit, and estimating tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).Strong grasp of BMS and control systems.Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.Able to commute daily to Croydon, Surrey (within 4560 minutes preferred).BenefitsCompetitive salary of 55,00057,000, based on experience.Discretionary performance bonuses.30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).Auto-enrolment pension scheme.In-service life insurance.Access to a private health scheme.Profit-sharing through employee ownership after 12 months.Reach out today to explore this opportunity to lead and innovate in mechanical design!
