This is your chance to become part of a highly ranked Private Client team in Nottingham, working on a hybrid basis (only 2 days a week in the office) with a clear path for progression and exposure to top-tier work.Your responsibilities will include:Advising on wills, trusts, gifts, probate, powers of attorney, and personal tax (including income, CGT, and IHT)Resolving complex issues in trust law and tax planningProviding clear, commercially relevant, and technically sound adviceTranslating client needs into effective legal solutionsSupporting other teams where relevant, such as providing technical input to the professional indemnity teamWhat Were Looking ForNQ3 PQE solicitor with some experience in wills, trusts, and estate planningStrong team player: committed, flexible, and focused on resultsA confident communicator who builds strong client and internal relationshipsDetail-oriented with the ability to think laterally and support multiple disciplinesWillingness to participate in business development, marketing, and working from other offices where neededProficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally a case management systemWhy Join This Firm?This isnt just another legal job its a true career move.
