We offer a focused line of productivity-boosting nootropic products:Productivity Drink – our hero product, a lightly carbonated nootropic energy drink.Focus Blend – on-the-go caffeine-free powder stick packs.Brain Capsules – stimulant-free cognitive support in capsule form.We’re currently live in the UK and USA, with launches planned in Australia, UAE, and Canada in the coming months – and more countries to follow as we scale globally.The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Regulatory & Quality Manager to oversee global compliance, food safety and quality assurance across all Neutonic products. From formulation to labelling, this role ensures every product we sell meets strict regulatory standards in the UK, EU, US, Australia, UAE, and beyond.You’ll work closely with our product, design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure ingredient legality, product claims, packaging, and listings are fully compliant across all regions. You’ll also manage product testing and supplier documentation, while contributing to product innovation by reviewing ingredients for effectiveness, evaluating supporting studies, and ensuring our formulations deliver real benefits to our consumers.This is a hands-on role for someone with a deep understanding of food supplement and beverage regulations, especially across multi-market territories.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn regulatory compliance and food safety across all products and marketsReview all new and existing product formulations for regional ingredient legality and effectivenessEvaluate clinical studies to support ingredient selection and product efficacyManage third-party testing including microbiological, heavy metals, and nutritional testsMaintain supplier quality assurance database and manage technical documentationWrite and approve compliant pack copy and label claims for each marketManage barcode and SKU registration across all formats and geographiesAdvise marketing on compliant messaging and product claims across platformsEnsure all e-commerce listings are accurate and regulatory compliantAssist customer service on technical product queriesSupport market entry compliance and regulatory submissionsStay up to date with changes in international food and supplement legislationMust-Have ExperienceDegree in Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Law or related3+ years in food supplement regulatory compliance (UK & EU essential)Proven experience managing multi-market regulatory requirementsStrong working knowledge of third-party testing requirementsExperience writing and approving compliant label copy and pack claimsConfidence reviewing scientific studies to support ingredient efficacyExceptional attention to detail and legislative interpretation skillsClear communicator with ability to work cross-functionally across teamsFurther Ideal ExperienceExperience with sports nutrition and functional beveragesFamiliarity with US, Australia, UAE, and Canadian regulationsExposure to fast-moving CPG or start-up environmentsWhy Join NeutonicWork with a high-growth brand in a key compliance and quality roleHelp shape global product expansion across multiple international marketsBacked by two of the biggest names in performance and wellnessFast-paced environment with a tight-knit, high-impact teamFull ownership of your domain with room to scale systems and processesCompetitive salary and long-term growth potential
