We offer a focused line of productivity-boosting nootropic products:Productivity Drink – our hero product, a lightly carbonated nootropic energy drink.Focus Blend – on-the-go caffeine-free powder stick packs.Brain Capsules – stimulant-free cognitive support in capsule form.The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Commercial Manager to bring structure, clarity, and commercial intelligence to our rapidly growing, multi-channel business. With strong traction across DTC (Website, Amazon, TikTok) and our entry into Wholesale and Retail, we need a sharp commercial operator who can assess performance across channels, track and optimise margin, forecast stock and cash needs, and provide clear commercial reporting to help drive decision-making.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, data-led, cross-functional environment - bridging finance, ops, marketing, and sales with a clear commercial lens.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and report monthly revenue performance across Website, Amazon, TikTok, Wholesale, and Retail.Maintain detailed margin models by SKU and channel, factoring in COGS, platform fees, promo costs, and fulfillment.Evaluate the impact of website and Amazon subscriptions (e.g. Subscribe & Save) on gross margin, retention, and LTV.Build and manage a promotional calendar across all channels, measuring sales uplift, margin impact, and ROI.Assess the commercial viability of wholesale and retail deals, including trade terms, marketing contributions, and chargeback exposure.Track marketing performance (Meta, TikTok, Google) and analyse the margin impact of digital acquisition efforts.Monitor subscription performance - churn, retention, LTV - and identify levers for growth.Own commercial forecasting, working cross-functionally to align sales plans with stock buys and cash requirements.Forecast stock needs and re-order timing based on channel performance and promo activity.Translate forecasted stock into cash flow planning needs across production, logistics, and marketing.Evaluate pricing strategy by SKU and channel to maximise profitability and avoid channel conflict.Produce weekly/monthly reporting packs summarising revenue, margin, promo performance, stock risk, and commercial opportunities.Make strategic recommendations to improve margin, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth.Must-Have Experience3+ years in commercial, analytical, or finance-related roles within beverage, CPG, or high-growth DTC businessesHands-on experience owning margin models and commercial reporting across multiple channelsStrong analytical and financial modelling skills – Excel/Sheets fluency requiredUnderstanding of DTC, Amazon, and retail/wholesale margin structuresAbility to work cross-functionally across finance, marketing, and operationsHigh attention to detail, bias for action, and ability to simplify complexity.Further Ideal ExperienceExperience with creator-led or digital-first brandsExposure to retail trade terms and sell-in/sell-through analysisFamiliarity with subscription models and retention analyticsExperience supporting or owning pricing and forecastingWhy Join NeutonicJoin a brand with proven momentum and a high-profile audience within its growth periodBacked by two of the most influential names in the creator and performance spaceCompetitive salary, performance bonuses, and moreCentral role driving commercial clarity and strategy across all channelsFull product portfolio across RTD cans, stick packs, and capsulesDirect access to founders and leadership - impact decisions from day oneFast-paced, execution-first culture with clear opportunity for advancementLong-term potential to grow into senior commercial leadership
