You will be responsible for managing the shop in the absence of the Manager, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring they have what they need to excel. Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru, and you'll ensure customers have a great experience whether they order in-store or online. During a typical shift, you can expect to: Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously. Prepare products like sandwiches and manage ovens. Keep displays stocked and attractive. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment.
