Skilled in working with hard-to-reach families and building positive relationships. Resilient, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure. Highly organised and confident using data to identify patterns and inform strategy. An excellent communicator, both in person and in writing. Committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students.
