This post is subject to an extensive disclosure check.About The RoleThe successful candidate will coach across a variety of sessions across the following programmes:Communities | Open sessions from breakfast, lunch & afterschool clubs to non-teams sessions on community pitches such as Market Roads. Open to all abilities across ages 18 months – 18 years Special Projects | Pan disability football, Blind & VI football, and sessions specifically catered to young refugees & asylum seekers and Muslim girls. Club Football | Girls & Boys teams 7-18 years* Club Futsal | (Based in Hertfordshire) Girls & Boys teams 7-18 yearsDuties & ResponsibilitiesPlan and lead on the delivery of regular sessions Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders (parents, partners and venues). Opportunity to have a direct impact on the improvement of the programme (quality of coaching, innovative ideas etc.)Job specificationExperience of working in an educational or sporting environment. Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people. Ability to work in different settings and venues (schools and external venues) Flexibility in working hours, which will include morning, afternoon and weekend work. Proactive and excited about getting involved with all that Bloomsbury Football has to offer. Confidence to communicate effectively with young children, parents and stakeholders. Creativity in sessions and the wider role.RequirementsUEFA C (preferred) Up to date Safeguarding & First aid certificates (Required) The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK.
