We are searching for community nursery nurses who have experience of working within early years settings or the health service and are skilled in communicating with professionals and clients from a wide variety of backgrounds.As a community Nursery Nurse our skill mix teams work passionately to deliver our progressive service and continue to seek and develop innovative ways of working with Brent families to enable children to have their best start in life.You will be of support for members of the team and deliver services in line with the Healthy Child programme under the supervision of the Health Visitor.The team are seeking dynamic individuals with a strong public health focus who are fully committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our diverse population.
