If so, you should apply for our position of Area Cleaning Manager for our contracts in Hampshire: The Role: ·Job title:Area Cleaning Manager. ·Hours:40 hours per week. ·Salary package:£30,900 p.a. plus company van, laptop, mobile phone and tablet. ·The area:You will look after colleges and schools in South Hampshire. You will be hybrid working, spending your time between visiting your sites as well as working from our friendly and welcoming Portsmouth office. As one of our Area Cleaning Managers in Hampshire, you will make sure the cleaning operations on your sites run smoothly and to budget. Your area will consist of colleges and schools, located in southern Hampshire, between Portsmouth and Southampton. You will be responsible for looking after your team of cleaners on the different sites. Depending on the set up of the site there will be a team of between 5 and 15 cleaning colleagues and a site supervisor. Your role will be to ensure that your team has all the skills and tools they need to thrive in their job to provide clean, hygienic and safe environments for the building users. This includes recruiting, onboarding, and training your team as well as looking after their motivation, wellbeing, and performance. You will also be responsible for ordering the stock for each site, carrying out regular site audits and completing timesheets to make sure everyone is paid correctly every month. You will report into the Service Manager for the area. Why should you work for Nviro?
