BLUE ARROW is hiring for a reprographics assistant in a school!RequirementsHave an enhanced DBS child and adult workforce dated within last 12 months or on update service Be able to work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday Have excellent use of a printer, copier Understand different printer and computer settings.DutiesSetting up printer; loading paper, adjusting settings and ensuring the machine is ready for operation Monitor printing jobs, making adjustments as needed to ensure the final product is correct Troubleshooting problems; including repairing jams, filling ink, connecting back to the internet File preparation - digital files, scanning over files Finishing touches - Adding staples whilst it prints, Laminating, cutting.
