Stoneglow a leading UK Candle and Home Fragrance manufacturing are seeking an experience Private Label NPD.The successful candidate will be covering the sales & development and is responsible for managing and running the portfolio and introducing new business for the contract period. You will be a natural, inspirational leader, have a highly commercial approach.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.You will have worked for a brand at Sales Manager or Project Developer or similar level, with experience of supplying to a variety of different retailers in the UK and overseas. Working in a Private Label capacity an advantage.Responsibilities:Working within the sales team in reaching targets.Working new product development with suppliers and production.Manging the up keep on the portfolios passed to you. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.Attending key account meetings, negotiating terms, closing the deal!Full understanding of margin, pricing and range plan, playing a key part in range direction and signs offsWorking with the design and product teams on new product development for the client to ensure we meet the briefEnsuring critical path is adhered to with orders delivered on time and within marginsEnsuring the QC is meet for the client.Attend UK and International Trade ShowsThe ideal Project development executive will have/be:A visionary and strategic thinkerA skilled, persuasive negotiator a real people-personA self-starter, who rises to challenges and seeing projects through to completionHighly commercially aware, with a passion for fragranceResults focused, highly organised and an expert multi taskerExcellent verbal and written communicationPassionate guardian of the brand ethosExperience in a consumer product area, working for a brandA positive, proactive approach a can-do attitude2years + in project developmentExperience of working on private label development projects is ideal.Friendly disposition and a real team player!Thrives in a varied role, and in a busy, fast-paced environment, youre a great multi-tasker.
