Responsibilities include:Managing and executing both public and private M&A processes under the UK Takeover CodeLeading the preparation of presentations, pitch materials, and client memorandaPerforming in-depth financial analysis and modellingDriving day-to-day project management across multiple transactionsBuilding trusted relationships with clients, legal advisers, and internal teamsActing as a key point of contact in client meetings and negotiationsWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional with strong technical and client management skills, and demonstrable experience in UK public company M&A.
