This is a pivotal role where you will be managing a team of 5 Reconciliation Analysts whilst being responsible for the accurate reconciliation of all customer cash movements, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and promotional credits.The position plays a critical role in financial control and regulatory compliance across the business, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and global operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of 5 Reconciliation AnalystsOversee daily reconciliation of client transactions and month-end close activitiesProduce and sign off daily reports and ensure timely issue resolutionManage card processor reconciliations and ensure player liability complianceAct as the first point of escalation for reconciliation issuesCollaborate with Finance, Treasury, and external payment partnersSupport integration and process improvement projects across the groupEnsure risks are identified and managed within the financial control frameworkKey Requirements:Proven team leadership experience in a finance or reconciliation environmentStrong knowledge of finance and accounting principlesProficiency in Excel; experience with reconciliation tools is essentialExposure to SQL or data tools is a plusStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilityThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven finance professional to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, regulated industry.Apply now for a confidential discussion.
