The organisation is well-established and driven by values rooted in care, integrity, and community.About the Successful ApplicantYou will have solid HR generalist experience within a primary, secondary or multi academy trust environment, with a proven ability to manage complex employee relations. A CIPD qualification (or working towards one), strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset are key. Youll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for school visits.About the JobThis is a wide-ranging role supporting a group of schools with all aspects of HR. Youll work closely with school leaders and managers, offering expert advice and guidance while contributing to Trust-wide initiatives. This hybrid position involves regular travel to schools within the Trust and participation in key HR projects. You will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering. Duties will include:Leading recruitment strategy and engagement activities across the Trust, including recruitment fairs and sponsorship processesAdvising on employee relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, and performance issuesCoaching leaders on the application of HR policy and employment law complianceSupporting schools with absence and wellbeing managementAssisting with payroll coordination and resolving pay-related issuesPartnering on restructures, consultations, and staffing reviewsEnhancing HR systems and processes to improve service deliveryFacilitating training and development sessions for staffEnsuring robust safer recruitment practices and oversight of compliance measuresWhat You Will Receive in ReturnYou'll join a collaborative and values-led environment with flexible working arrangements and options to work term-time only.
