This is a great opportunity in a company that offers an excellent working environment. You will be responsible for batching orders, processing failures, and meeting tight customer deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and react to ever changing demands is a must. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and a confident decision maker, ideally with experience within a similar environment. You will also be expected to work with people at different levels including management, to identify and implement process improvements through Configuration.Contract: 5 months+Location: Hatfield AL109TWRate: 17 per hour through umbrella company/ 13 through PAYEMain ResponsibilitiesDaily batching activity according to priorityDaily workflow planningLiaise with internal and external customers as required by telephone and email.Liaise and work with other departments to deliver projects as requiredProvide cover for other team members within ConfigurationMeeting SLAEscalating when requiredProcess and Manage Configuration FailuresCustomer SatisfactionFirst point of escalation for queries from ISP, other LTS teams and internal customersEnsure customer satisfaction by communication and resolution of all issuesEnsure complaints related to Configuration issues are resolved in a fair and satisfactory manner and escalate to Config Management if required.
