You will support the Director and the wider leadership team on a daily basis.Secretarial support to DirectorOverall responsibility for the proactive and day-to-day running of the Director's office.Proactively handling travel booking and organising meetings and co-ordinating the necessary preparation work / ensuring that the Director is adequately briefedManaging diaries, meeting requests and inbox.Producing meeting documents, minutes and agendas.Support with correspondence and preparing communication on behalf of the DirectorGeneral administrative duties such as expenses, printing, photocopying and ordering stationery.Supporting other members of the senior team when required.Assisting the Director with the management of their direct reports, where required, setting tasks, meeting deadlines and organising reports.Preparing business documents and presentations for meetings, including sourcing some content.Ad-hoc business projects as and when requiredLiaising with and offering business support to the direct reports of the DirectorDeveloping and maintaining knowledge of the business including strategy, key projects, initiatives, customers and stakeholdersStrategic support to the Director and their direct reports.Responsibility for and regular reviews of Country Management cost centre / budgetWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting senior leadership.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).Ability to work with discretion, integrity and professionalism.Confident working independently as well as part of a wider team.Experience working within a service, operations, or field-based businessWhat you'll get in returnThis is a permanent role, Monday to Friday 39.5 hours a week.Salary up to 34k with a performance bonus of up to 1500Parking Modern officesWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
