This is a hands-on support and systems role spanning desktop, server, and network infrastructure across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.Youll provide critical support to internal users, manage systems configuration and deployments, and contribute to automation projects that reduce manual effort and improve reliability across the firms IT footprint.Role OverviewYoull join a global operations team responsible for ensuring seamless daily functioning of core infrastructure and end-user environments. The role combines real-time problem solving, infrastructure maintenance, and technical project delivery, including scripting and automation.This is a hybrid operations/engineering role with real visibility across systems, platforms, and business-critical workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to support tickets and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure issues across a diverse user baseBuild and configure laptops, desktops, and servers across Windows, Linux, and macOSSupport domain infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, and access controlMonitor critical systems, identify risks or outages, and contribute to resolution planningDevelop and maintain automation scripts (primarily in PowerShell or Bash) to streamline common tasksCollaborate with technical teams across the business on infrastructure improvement initiativesDocument processes, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures for internal knowledge baseParticipate in occasional evening or weekend maintenance and support tasksWhat Youll NeedStrong problem-solving skills and a natural service mindsetSolid understanding of IT infrastructure, across networking, system administration, and endpoint managementHands-on experience with Windows OS (client/server), Active Directory, and enterprise IT environmentsClear written and verbal communication, especially for supporting non-technical usersComfortable working across platforms, experience with Linux/macOS a plusScripting capability in PowerShell or Bash is highly desirableFluent English requiredWhy Apply?High-impact IT role supporting a globally distributed trading infrastructureVariety of work across platforms, hardware, and automationHands-on tech stack with exposure to trading-critical systemsCollaborative environment where operations and engineering are closely alignedGreat opportunity to grow technical skills in a highly technical, user-facing teamDiscretion guaranteed no profile is shared without your approval.
