Youll be instrumental in driving financial clarity, operational efficiency, and strategic planning as the company continues to grow its global reputation.In this role, you will:Lead and develop the finance team, creating a culture of high performance, compliance, and accountabilityTake the reins on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, turning numbers into insights that shape business decisionsImprove and oversee systems and processes, including integration between Xero and SalesforceEnsure compliance with VAT (including TOMS), tax, and regulatory obligationsContribute to senior leadership discussions with confidence, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approachWhat we are looking for:A minimum of 5 years in a senior finance/accounting role (Finance Manager, Assistant Financial Controller, etc.)Experience in hospitality or travelStrong working knowledge of Xero and ExcelFamiliarity with Salesforce and TOMS (Tour Operators Margin Scheme) is a plus, but not essentialA natural ability to lead, communicate, and develop othersPart-qualified or qualified with a recognised accountancy body (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, or CIMA)This is a hybrid role offering a blend of structure and flexibility. The business works Monday to Friday, but theres openness to a 4-day week for the right candidate.
