This innovative organisation delivers expert care across a network of centres focused on supporting adults with complex needs, including those requiring non-invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care.We're now inviting applications from passionate, NMC-registered nurses for an exciting, non-bedside opportunity as Clinical Referrals Manager a pivotal role bridging clinical excellence with patient advocacy and service development.Why This Role?Step Away from Shift Work: Embrace a MondayFriday schedule (9am5pm) with the flexibility of hybrid working.Influence Lives Before Admission: Be the face of first impressions assess, guide, and support new service users and their families through the referral journey.Utilise Your Clinical Knowledge in a New Way: Combine your bedside experience with a strategic role that impacts service growth and quality of care.Travel with Purpose: Work remotely while travelling regionally to leading NHS Trusts (e.g., Kings College London, UCLH) and within your network of care centres.The Role: Making a Difference, Every Step of the WayAs Clinical Referrals Manager, youll be the trusted clinical lead for assessing new referrals, ensuring each potential service user is appropriately evaluated and matched with the right level of care.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across hospital, community, and home settings.Act as the central point of contact for families navigating the transition to specialist care offering support, service tours, and answering clinical and care-related queries.Collaborate with ICBs, Commissioners, and Local Authorities to coordinate placements, negotiate fees, and advocate for patients best outcomes.Promote the service to referrers and professionals to help grow occupancy and expand the organisation's clinical reach.About YouYoure a compassionate, clinically skilled nurse ready to move beyond traditional shift patterns into a dynamic, people-facing role.
