This is a key position within our retail structure, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving commercial performance, and managing a high-performing team within the unique framework of a department store setting.Your Contribution to the RoleDrive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed commercial targets and KPIsEnsure efficient day-to-day operations in collaboration with Harrods floor management and internal retail teamsMonitor key operational metrics including stock levels, sell-through rates, and shrinkage controlGuarantee an outstanding client experience by leading by example and coaching the team on clienteling and service standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with top clients, supporting long-term loyalty and retentionRecruit, onboard, and continuously develop team members to ensure high engagement and performanceManage staff schedules and coverage in accordance with both brand and Harrods policiesMaintain impeccable visual merchandising in line with seasonal guidelines and collection focusEnsure the concession area is always tidy, organized, and aligned with brand presentation standardsCommunicate effectively with head office and Harrods support teams, including Buying, VM, and OperationsWhat You Bring to the TeamPrevious experience as a Store or Concession Manager, preferably in a luxury retail or department store settingStrong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales and performance targetsSolid understanding of inventory management, replenishment cycles, and stockroom proceduresExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationshipsA hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to remain calm under pressureExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills, especially in a high-traffic retail environmentFluency in English; other languages are considered an assetFull eligibility to work in the UK
