This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader to step up and make a strong impact in a dynamic, trend-led environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales & KPI Achievement: Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by monitoring key KPIs, analysing sales trends, and executing action plans to maximise profitability. Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver consistently high service standards. Provide ongoing feedback, manage daily operations, and help build a strong, performance-driven culture. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, health and safety compliance, and loss prevention. Stock & Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards and efficient stock control. Work closely with the team to ensure products are well-presented, replenished, and aligned with commercial priorities.
