XTB Ltds parent company XTB SA, is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where its share price has risen by more than 500% in the last five years and has a current market capitalisation of more than $2.5bn.About the RoleAs a Digital Marketing Executive you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts with a specific focus on affiliate/influencer support, tasks coordination and content support for the UK branch. Brand partners play a crucial role in the growth of XTB in the UK, with significant budget and resources allocated to this important marketing channel. Collaborating closely with the Partnership Marketing team at HQ as well as the UK marketing team, you will support the Partnerships Management team in optimising and scaling the number of Brand Partners across both web affiliates and influencers with the ultimate goal of positioning XTB as the best investment app in the UK. Moreover, you will become the point person for the coordination of multiple digital marketing tasks. This role will also work across the digital content team, where you will support our content campaigns and strategy, meaning you will have strong exposure across multiple digital teams within our rapidly growing digital marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities: Support on affiliate marketing and influencer partner marketing activities through optimising the current partnership program and by developing new opportunities with new partners. Lead partnership onboarding including compliance approvals, content due diligence and legal approvals. Support our digital content team, campaigns and customer engagement. Coordination of UK local marketing tasks and collaboration with HQ Marketing teams, designers, analysts and product owners. Ensure all partner communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time. Support in negotiating paid placement opportunities, commission increases, and exclusive offers. Optimise engagement with all partners to help drive qualified traffic and sales to XTB on a consistent basis. Deliver monthly reporting providing insights for partner and promotional performance. Support the UK marketing team on the creation and launch of quarterly marketing campaigns across OOH, Radio and Podcast. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assure the partnership marketing targets are met. Content editing including video via Adobe Premiere and Capcut for social media.What We Are Looking For: At least 2yrs in digital marketing (content, campaigns) with any exposure to affiliate and/or influencer marketing preferred. English speaking. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong commercial acumen. A can do mindset with an eye for taking ownership, creative thinking and data/tracking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. A preferable interest in the financial and investments sector. Eligibility to work legally within the UK (UK citizenship, pre-settled or settled status).
