Job Description:As our first Store Development Manager in the UK, you will lead location scouting, leasing, and new store expansion for our brands UK debut.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential store locations based on brand and franchise standardsConduct market research, demographic studies, and competitor analysisLead lease negotiations and coordinate legal documentationWork with cross-functional teams (design, construction, marketing) to ensure timely store openingsPrepare feasibility reports and ROI estimates for new sitesTrack expansion progress and report to China HQRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or F&B store developmentFamiliarity with UK high street, shopping mall, and pop-up site leasingFluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plusExperience working in a startup or international brand expansion preferredStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skillsRight to work in the UK
