With over 200 users and a busy IT environment, theyre looking to bring on an IT Help Desk Support to provide essential 1st and 2nd line support across the business.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support and a strong desire to grow within a hands-on, supportive team. Location: This is an onsite role, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm near their site situated not far from Margate, KentWhat does the role involve? Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to end users across desktop, network, and business systemsManaging helpdesk tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issuesInstalling, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and softwareSetting up and removing user accounts in line with company policiesMaintaining accurate asset and support documentationParticipating in a weekend support rota (typically 1 in 4)What were looking for:Experience in an IT support role (ideally 1st/2nd line in a busy environment)Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills with a strong customer service focusAbility to explain technical issues in simple termsStrong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solvingA flexible, team-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in emerging technologiesWhats on offer:On-site working in a collaborative and friendly teamcompetitiveA varied role with excellent opportunities for learning and developmentFree on-site parking and additional company benefitsIf youre looking for a role where your technical skills will be valued and your career supported, Id love to hear from you.
