Sitting at the heart of our brand and communications function, this role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond junior support work and take on meaningful ownership of content planning, campaign coordination and events delivery.Role ResponsibilitiesThis is a pivotal opportunity for a skilled communicator and organised marketing professional to shape how our story is toldacross platforms, channels and continents.You'll work closely with colleagues across disciplines to elevate our presence in the global data centre and engineering design landscapefocusing on social media, digital content, events and brand activation across three core objectives:Lead generationTalent acquisitionBrand awarenessKey Responsibilities: Social Media & Content CreationPlan, draft, proofread, and schedule regular social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant channelsGenerate ideas for reactive and planned content that align with business goals and wider campaign themesCollaborate with the Creative Lead to brief and deliver visual assetsMonitor post performance and provide insights to optimise engagementCampaign CoordinationSupport planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and physical touchpointsMaintain calendars and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of campaignsLiaise with internal stakeholders for campaign content and approvalsContribute to post-campaign reporting and recommendationsEvents & ExhibitionsCoordinate logistics and support for major industry exhibitions such as Data Centre World London 2026Liaise with external vendors, venues, and internal attendees to ensure smooth deliveryAssist with event communications, asset preparation, and lead capture strategiesOccasionally attend domestic or international events to support onsiteWebsite & Digital ManagementUpload and update website content via CMS (e.g. WordPress or similar)Work with internal experts to turn ideas into compelling, SEO-informed web copyEnsure consistency of tone, style, and accuracy across all digital contentTeam & ReportingCollaborate with peers in marketing, business development, and technical departments to gather insights and storiesFeed into campaign tracking dashboards and internal reporting systemsChampion brand consistency and uphold quality standards across all channelsRole RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience13 years in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or professional servicesStrong copywriting and proofreading abilitiesConfidence in managing social content plans and scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platforms)Solid organisational skills and attention to detailA collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communicationAbility to handle fast-paced workloads and juggle multiple prioritiesComfortable with data and insights, using metrics to refine approachDesirable / AdvantageousExposure to events coordination and logistics supportFamiliarity with CMS platforms for website editingExperience working with designers or creating basic graphics (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)Interest in or awareness of the data centre, engineering, or technology sectorsWhy Join Us?
