The role involves working independently and as part of a team to ensure installations are safe, compliant, and meet BS 7671 standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical testing and inspection in accordance with the 18th Edition wiring regulations.Produce Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and Minor Works/Installation Certificates.Diagnose and rectify faults on existing installations.Liaise with supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NICEIC or NAPIT standards.RequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 (Testing & Inspection).18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).Valid ECS card.Full UK Driving Licence.Minimum 3 years' experience in testing and inspecting.Strong understanding of health & safety practices.DesirableExperience in commercial fit-out or facilities maintenance.PASMA/IPAF certifications.Familiarity with NICEIC or NAPIT certification software.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Company van and fuel card.Tools, equipment, and uniform provided.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Opportunities to work on high-profile commercial projects.
