You will report directly to our Heads of Marketing and Brand to help develop, build and implement our social first strategy and drive the growth of our social media platforms.You will need to be social media obsessed with valuable experience and an understanding of all social media channels, but particularly Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for somebody with a big personality, ambitious and full of ideas that can work alongside our current social media executive to ensure our social strategy is innovative, trending and on brand.You will need to be comfortable in front of the camera, especially for TikTok and Instagram, as part of our strategy is to show more of the team behind the brand and bring our audience behind the scenes of life at Lovall! As TikTok is a big strategy for us, you must be able to bring trending ideas to the team that can be acted on quickly, so being a regular user of TikTok is imperative. Whether you are size 6 - 28, petite or tall, or looking for maternity wear!Role Requirements:Support our current Social Media Executive and Heads of Brand & Marketing in providing innovative strategy on how we can communicate our brand messaging, product campaigns and Behind the Seams of life at Lovall through all social channels.Communicate with the influencer, creative and paid teams, to ensure that the organic social is consistent with the wider brand strategy.Be socially obsessed, reactive to the latest trends that are relevant to our brand in order to film the content quickly.Support the Social Executive with brainstorming ideas for the social calendar per month before presenting to the senior team.Support the Social Executive in ensuring each weekly plan of content is up to date with edited content, ready for sign off at least 1 week in in advance by the senior team in case of any amends.Support the Social Executive in scheduling and uploading content to all platforms.Support the Social Executive and wider team with filming content; this could be TikToks, mini mics, team try ons, trending content, USP video content, podcast episodes etcSupport the Social Executive and Partnership Team with research and outreach for content creators if needed.Ensure that all social feeds provide a good balance of diverse and engaging content, supported by influencer activityBe aware of what competitors are doing, conducting research and competitor analysis.Working with the relevant teams, engage with the social community regularly across all platforms.
