Our team is collaborative, sharp, and just the right amount of obsessive about fonts and foil finishes.The RoleYoull be the main point of contact between the client (a leading retail brand) and our internal creative and production teams. Youll manage the day-to-day running of packaging and branding projects, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief while nurturing strong, trusting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage packaging and branding projects from brief to deliveryAct as the clients go-to person for project updates, feedback, and timelinesWrite and interpret creative briefs and communicate them clearly to the studioCoordinate with designers, artworkers, and production teams to ensure high-quality outputEnsure critical paths and key milestones are met without compromising creativityConfidently present work to clients, taking and actioning feedback appropriatelyIdentify opportunities to grow the client relationshipAbout YouYouve got at least 3 years experience in an agency account management roleSolid experience managing both branding and packaging design projectsComfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines across FMCG or retail clientsExcellent communicator confident, organised, and collaborativeA genuine passion for design, packaging, and the retail landscapeBonus points if youve worked with supermarket or retail own-brand ranges
