Converse Sales Associate 16 hoursAs a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships in Converse stores through excellent customer service and selling techniques, while supporting merchandising and product flow. Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers. Contribute to daily sales and KPI targets. Practice great customer service through storytelling. Maintain operational and merchandising standards consistently. Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising, and product flow opportunities. Develop a basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories. Support store cleanliness and safety standards. Adhere to store policies and procedures at all times. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications - External1-2 years of retail experience. Ability to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking, retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments.
