Your missionAs Community Marketing Lead, you will foster strong relationships with Intigriti’s ethical hacking community and bridge the gap between the Community and Commercial sides of the business. You will showcase the skills, creativity, and overall value of our hacker community. You will oversee community management and content creation efforts, taking ownership of the Community strategy and KPIs, including initiatives such as defining and executing a hacker ambassador program, campaign management, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will have a hacker mindset, technical knowledge, and act as the strategic link between departments and industry peers, advocating for the hacker community and Intigriti. What you’ll be doingDevelop a comprehensive plan combining market research, segmentation, positioning, and tactics to reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. Plan and oversee community events (virtual and in-person) such as Challenges, Open Ports, CTFs, and conferences like BSides and DefCon. Develop and implement strategies with channels, tactics, and metrics to meet community objectives. Build relationships within the hacker community by nurturing engagement, facilitating discussions, and fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment focused on researcher growth and effectiveness. Gather hacker and market data through surveys and regular communication. Monitor community metrics across platforms. Inspire individuals to learn hacking techniques. Manage technical content creation. Identify and develop talent within the community. Create and maintain brand ambassadors. Create safe spaces for hackers to meet, network, and bond. Shape and maintain the community culture. Grow the community to meet business demands by identifying skill gaps and recruiting hackers who can support. Implement and improve processes for reporting hacker KPIs. Oversee the Community Manager’s engagement via social media, forums, and online platforms, fostering collaboration and unity. Represent our voice, tone, and moderation standards online and offline. Develop new ideas for the hacker community. Conduct research on the hacker community, bug bounty programs, and industry trends. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities. Collect feedback and maintain hacker feedback loops. What you’ll bringDeep understanding of the cybersecurity community and hacker culture/techniques. Experience presenting and supporting at industry events. Proficiency in managing and moderating Discord communities. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong social media skills: content creation, copywriting, engagement, responsiveness. Project management experience with tools like Asana or Trello. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Outgoing, proactive, and engaging personality. Experience creating content for blogs, articles, and knowledge bases. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
