Our client is a friendly local company seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant to support a team of five. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an office environment, or for an experienced administrator seeking a new role in a supportive team. Key responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and promptly Maintain accurate and confidential client records Assist with website updates Support general marketing and social media activity Carry out other general office tasks as neededAbout you: Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well within a team and use your initiative Previous office experience is welcome but not essentialThis is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company
