We are working with a leading law firm in Kent, due to expansion are seeking to recruit a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Applications will be considered from both Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years experience.The role is mainly commercial property bias - around 70% of the caseload and 30% towards residential property and so good experience within commercial is essential.Experience to include:Freehold acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leasehold transactionsSite acquisitions, development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions.Experience in dealing with business sales and purchases alsoPerson specification:You will have a calm and professional approach, have good analytical and communication skills.
