Youll work closely with our Operations Team Lead and Head of Concierge to drive best-in-class service, streamline workflows, and foster a high-performing, customer-first environment.Were looking for an energetic, proactive and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Youre comfortable with structure but never afraid to roll up your sleeves and embrace change as opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily sales priorities and team organisationTake control of meeting business KPIs and contribute to overall business strategy regarding growth and expansionOversee the publishing of morning/afternoon sales updates and pipelinesAllocate customer appointments across the teamProvide on-the-ground insights and trends to internal stakeholdersCo-manage the Saturday rota and time-off schedule (with support from Head of Concierge)Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Live Chat always in the Fenton tone of voiceHandle escalations and guide the team in navigating customer challengesSupport ongoing customer management and reengagement strategiesUnderstand and contribute to bespoke pricing and quoting processesLead by example taking customer appointments and ensuring gold-standard follow-upTake ownership of BAU sales rhythm and support process improvementsBe flexible with weekend shifts and bank holiday cover (with time off in lieu provided)What Were Looking ForThis role is for someone who loves sales, meeting lovely clients, who can handle multitasking and who is comfortable mixing tradition retail with e-commerce with growing an exciting brand. 2-3 years of success in luxury or high-end sales, with a proven track record of achieving targetsExperience in a start-up or a retail shop-floorStrong interest in fine jewellery and gemmology (GIA or Gem-A qualifications preferred)A clear understanding of and enthusiasm for Fentons brand valuesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident in prioritising, decision-making, and supporting othersComfortable with digital tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, Instagram, Trengo, Excel, and moreA proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow and developThis is a full-time role based in our Mayfair office, with min. 2 working Saturdays per month.
