Ideal for a driven and detail-oriented warehouse or logistics professional whos ready to take ownership of a high-growth warehouse operation and help shape the future of the business.Key RequirementsOverseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, picking & dispatchManaging stock levels, inventory systems, monthly stocktakes & data accuracySupervising and supporting a growing warehouse team, ensuring productivity and safety standardsCoordinating ecommerce builds, bulk orders, and supporting the packaging lines with materialsLeading continuous improvement across space utilisation, workflow, and systemsSupporting wider business growth including international deliveries and 3PL launchesProviding operational support across pest control, health & safety, facilities, and even customer services when neededQualifications4+ years experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain roles (FMCG or food & drink preferred)Hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesBrings a proactive mindset and thrives in a scale-up, high-growth cultureCan confidently operate warehouse equipment (FLT, Reach Truck etc.)Experience with stock control systems and a strong focus on process improvementPassion for sustainability, quality and being part of something meaningfulSalary Full salary banding and further info on benefits will be discussed during an initial screening.
